Through a detailed, sympathetic and non-destructive approach, we were able to demonstrate that the proposed remedial works were appropriate and respectful to the historic fabric of the building. 

As a result, the Local Authority granted permission for the works to proceed, without the need for a formal Planning application. This positive outcome reflects not only our technical knowledge, but also the trust built through calm, informed dialogue with Conservation officers and Planning teams.
