Grant White Projects is a Project Management and Building Preservation Company, operating throughout Edinburgh and the Central Belt.

The Company was formed by Grant White, a CSRT qualified and Architecturally trained Building Preservation Surveyor, with over 35 years experience in the industry.  With this background, you can be assured that all reports, treatment specifications and works are carried out, with a complete understanding of the various types of building construction. 

If purchasing a new home, we are happy to carry out comprehensive Damp and Timber reports prior to purchase, which will provide you with invaluable advice, before making such a major commitment.  We can also carry out pre-sale Property Health checks, providing cost-effective recommendations to make your property more saleable.
